Not a lot to report today, something is up with my back, so have been in alot of pain all day,shame when I had to go down to Seminyak over an hour away for this 4hr treatment,perhaps I have scooter strain!! Anyway staying in tonight,need to chill as I have lots to do next week! Pak Katuk just came round and cut me a fresh coconut to drink.Chat soon lovelies.......
Have a lovely relaxing night in tonight and enjoy just being. Once you get into Yoga you will be able to do this easily. So nice to see you on Skype. Will talk again soon xxx
